If not, then you need to choose to use the disk for password reset. Use of this wizard allows you to choose a new password for the user account. Once you get the choice to press next, you need to insert your reset disk into your CD drive and click next again. You should now have the option of entering a new password. Enter it into the box both times prompted. Be sure to keep your notes of the new password in a secure place. The password is case sensitive, so be sure that you note upper and lower case letters. You will next have the opportunity to enter a hint for the new password. Use a hint that will help to recall what you have entered.
